The meetings addressed the controversial transfer of Justice Sandeep Bhatt to the Madhya Pradesh High Court, a move previously protested by the Gujarat High Court Advocates' Association. The Association had halted work, citing concerns for judicial integrity and Justice Bhatt's efficiency in resolving over 19,000 cases.
